Role Description This is a full-time remote role for IT Recruiters (up to 15K / target-based) at CareerBloc. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT professionals through job portals, social media, and networking channels. Daily tasks include conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and managing candidate pipelines to meet hiring targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, following up with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The IT Recruiter will work closely with internal teams and clients to align hiring activities with project timelines and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong IT recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for technical roles.
- Experience using job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract and engage IT talent.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet target-based performance metrics.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to assess candidate suitability.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually with distributed teams.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment, especially in IT or technology sectors, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
