Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an IT Recruiter Trainer. The candidate will oversee training and mentorship in IT recruitment best practices, focusing on the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, providing guidance on technical hiring strategies, and equipping teams with the tools and knowledge to effectively attract and onboard top IT talent. Additionally, the role requires overseeing recruitment processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and maintaining up-to-date expertise in IT recruitment trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and experience in IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in Hiring and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of Technical Recruiting and sourcing candidates for IT roles
- Ability to manage and refine recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven track record of training and mentoring recruitment teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and matching candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in recruitment or HR practices are a plus
