Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an IT Recruiter Specialist. The IT Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening talent, coordinating interviews, and assisting in hiring efforts with a focus on IT roles. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding technical job requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Demonstrated experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and candidate assessment
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and effectively identify suitable candidates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in an educational technology or IT-related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
