As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will work directly with our recruitment and business development teams, gaining real-world exposure to the tech hiring ecosystem across Hyderabad and beyond.

What You'll Do
- Source candidates for IT roles (developers, data engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.) using LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fitment against JDs
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data
- Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and social platforms
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline — from screening to offer acceptance
- Support the team in building talent pools for niche IT skill sets
- Assist with MIS reporting — daily trackers, interview status sheets, and submission logs

Who We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable making calls and engaging with candidates directly
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technology terminology (Java, Python, cloud, data, etc.)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- A genuine interest in talent acquisition and the IT industry
