Looking for recruiters with some experience recruitment audit and operations.
Also, experience on any ATS or CRM Tools.
Good BGC BG knowledge, ATS experience Must, End-to-end recruitment, Basic excel.
· Manages full recruitment life cycle
· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
· Sources IT resume
X ray search and tool exp
· Determines and evaluates applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
· Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedules
· Closes offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positions
· Coordinates with onboarding team and selected candidates for successful onboarding.
