📍 Location: Hubli, Karnataka
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
✅ Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals
✅ Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
✅ Experience in end-to-end recruitment
✅ Strong communication & candidate management skills
✅ Good negotiation and follow-up skills
✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen qualified IT candidates
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets
