We are hiring IT Recruiter / HR Executive

We are looking for someone who can handle IT recruitment along with HR responsibilities. The role involves managing end to end technical hiring for staff augmentation projects and Company Owned Projects while also supporting HR coordination and employee processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Manage hiring for contract and full time IT roles
• Coordinate interviews and track candidate feedback
• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to understand requirements
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain candidate and employee data in Excel or ATS
• Manage backfills, replacements, and ongoing hiring needs
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Testers, Designers, DevOps etc.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
