Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and identifying top-tier talent, and building strong relationships with candidates. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, screening potential candidates, and facilitating a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help ensure the company’s growth by attracting and retaining the right talent.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies with a focus on technical roles.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and navigate the hiring process efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT or tech-focused recruitment is a plus.
