Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technology-focused roles. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also focus on building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders while adhering to recruitment best practices and company guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in talent sourcing techniques, resume screening, and candidate evaluation
  • Proficiency in relationship management and collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and team members
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and emerging technologies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and deliver results under deadlines
  • Prior experience in IT recruitment and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is a plus
