About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher / Junior) who has a basic understanding of IT recruitment or comes from a consultancy/staffing background. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has good communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements (IT roles – domestic clients)
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate data and track daily activities
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of IT roles (developers, testers, support, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn (preferred)
Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
Eligibility
Fresher OR up to 1.5 years of experience
Preference for candidates with consultancy / staffing experience
Graduate in any discipline (HR background is a plus)
