Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Chennai. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for technical roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, utilize recruitment tools and strategies, and ensure a seamless end-to-end hiring process. The role also involves building strong talent pipelines and maintaining positive candidate experiences.
Profile Requirements
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with a good understanding of various technical roles and skill sets in the IT industry
- Experience with hiring processes and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Previous experience in recruitment for software development and IT consulting roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
