About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition within the IT domain.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs
- Translate business objectives into structured hiring plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Define job descriptions, required skills, experience levels, and hiring expectations
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including:
Professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Internal databases and employee referrals
Job portals and social media networks
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs..
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility criteria Qualification
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can also apply)
- BBA / MBA / HR or related qualification
