Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT talent. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and utilizing recruitment tools and strategies to identify the best candidates. The role will also focus on improving recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in IT domains
- Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding strategies
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with hiring for specialized IT roles and certifications is a plus
