We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Hyderabad. You will own the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding while delivering a stellar candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, sourcing, interviews, offer, and joining.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through the joining process.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, etc. ).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT).
- Proficiency with job portals Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, etc.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus.
