We are hiring an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end reverse recruitment for senior IT professionals. The role involves identifying relevant opportunities, reaching out to recruiters and hiring managers, managing LinkedIn engagement, and coordinating closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and apply to relevant IT roles across job portals
* Research target companies and connect with hiring managers/recruiters
* Execute LinkedIn outreach and engagement strategy
* Coordinate with clients for profile positioning and updates
* Maintain trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
* 1–6 years IT recruitment experience (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of IT roles and industry landscape
* Excellent communication skills for global client coordination
* Comfortable working from office
Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days
