Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter, located in Bengaluru South. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating interviews, building strong candidate pipelines, and developing relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the highest quality hires for technical roles within the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and assessing technical candidates
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of current industry trends and technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in IT recruitment within an IT services or technology company is a plus
