We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team at iSkillbox.
The role focuses on sourcing and hiring IT trainers and industry professionals for training programs.
Responsibilities:
• Source IT trainers from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams for trainer requirements
• Build a strong pipeline of trainers
Requirements:
• 1 – 1.5 years of IT recruitment experience
• Good understanding of IT technologies
• Experience sourcing candidates from job portals
• Strong communication skills
Location: Pune – Baner (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to 3 LPA
Immediate joiners preferred.
