We're looking for ambitious, career-driven people who are ready to start their career in US IT staffing. No prior experience needed we'll train you from the ground up.
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary focus will be marketing IT consultants who are currently on the bench (available and ready to work) to US clients, vendors, and prime vendors. You'll learn how the US staffing ecosystem works, build vendor relationships, and develop skills that are highly valued across the global recruitment industry.
What You'll Do
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC) to vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients across the US.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements from vendor distribution lists, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and VMS platforms.
- Match consultant profiles to open positions based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Submit consultant resumes to vendors and clients, negotiate rates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a growing network of vendors and prime vendors.
- Follow up on submissions, track interview pipelines, and assist with onboarding once a consultant is placed.
- Keep the internal database/CRM updated with consultant availability, submissions, and placement status.
- Work closely with the recruitment and account management teams to maximize placement ratios.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate (any stream) with strong English communication spoken and written.
- Confident, persistent, and comfortable with outbound calls and email outreach to US-based vendors and clients.
- A quick learner who is eager to understand US visa categories, IT technologies, and the staffing business model.
- Target-driven and self-motivated you take ownership of your bench and treat every consultant like your responsibility.
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace. Any exposure to ATS, VMS, or job portals is a bonus.
- Willing to work night shifts (US time zones) in a hybrid setup.
