Job-Specific Expectations:
- Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle effectively.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- To ensure that candidate profiles/skills match the Job Description/Organizational needs.
- Screening, short listing, Scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiations & Appointment formalities.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Ensure job postings accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Update candidate information, track interview feedback, and document recruitment activities.
- Managing pipeline for back up candidates till the candidate is placed.
- Handling mass/bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web resources, Campus Hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Scheduling drives/interviews, keeping track of the offered candidates to ensure their joining.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Organize different activities/events for employee engagement and a balanced, motivated work environment.
