About the Company
We are a U.S.-based IT staffing and consulting firm delivering technology talent solutions to enterprise and government clients. We specialize in IT staff augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based placements across cloud, cybersecurity, software development, data analytics, and infrastructure domains.
We are expanding our recruitment team and seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter based in India to support U.S. hiring requirements.
Role Overview
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based IT roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating client submissions, and managing candidate relationships through the hiring process.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in U.S. IT staffing and understands U.S. work authorizations and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for U.S. IT contract and full-time roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
- Evaluate candidate eligibility (W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback
- Negotiate rates/salary expectations
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets
- Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring client needs
- Work in U.S. time zones as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment
- Strong experience recruiting for roles such as Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, PMs, etc.
- Experience working with U.S. clients or staffing agencies
- Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable working in U.S. shifts

- Experience using ATS tools
