Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, specializing in identifying and hiring top IT talent. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role also involves leveraging recruitment strategies and tools to attract and acquire the best technical talent for the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting across various job levels and departments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently.
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
