Role Overview
Responsible for managing the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and drive closures within defined timelines
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure efficient hiring processes
Desired Profile
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract staffing / permanent hiring
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Exposure to social media hiring and employer branding
