Job Description – IT Recruiter (1– 4 Years Experience)
Position: IT Recruiter
Experience Required: 1– 4 Years
Location: Platina Heights
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹30,000 per month + ₹5,000 Additional Incentive on closure of 6 requirements/month
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven IT Recruiter with strong experience in hardcore IT recruitment along with exposure to Non-IT hiring. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment and client coordination activities for multiple requirements and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and social platforms.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Manage client cadence calls and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Seek opportunities for upcoming and impanding client requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within TAT.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
- Support Non-IT hiring requirements when required.
Technology Stack Hiring Exposure Candidates should have hiring experience/exposure in
technologies such as:
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Oracle
- Cyber Security
- AI/ML
- QA/Test Engineers
- Python Developers
- Java Developers
- Full Stack Developers
- DevOps Engineers
- Cloud Technologies
- Other IT Technologies
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-oriented environment.
- Exposure to client handling and coordination.
- Non-IT recruitment exposure will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidate MUST own a PERSONAL LAPTOP (Mandatory for this role).
Eligibility
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
