Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic IT Recruiters with strong sourcing and screening expertise to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment and strong skills in identifying and engaging top talent through various sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source and identify IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
· Utilize Boolean search techniques to find relevant candidate profiles.
· Screen and evaluate candidate resumes based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial HR screenings to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
· Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
· Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
· 2–4 years of experience in IT sourcing and screening (Domestic recruitment only).
· Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred Profile:
· Candidates from domestic IT recruitment background.
· Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
