Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and SAP Certified IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-level SAP implementation, migration, transformation, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project delivery management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, governance, and cross-functional team leadership.
The candidate must have hands-on experience managing large-scale SAP programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and delivery milestones.
- Handle project budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and status reporting.
- Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to quality standards and governance frameworks.
- Drive project governance, compliance tracking, and escalation management.
- Monitor project performance, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication between functional, technical, and business teams.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across project phases.
- Conduct project review meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Manage change requests, issue resolution, and delivery escalations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.

- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, finance, or enterprise business domains is desirable.
