As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that support the company’s global growth and operational excellence.
Your Role: IT Project Manager
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will collaborate closely with technology teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and scope.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define project goals and technical requirements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project review meetings.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and report updates to senior leadership.
• Manage project documentation including scope, timelines, status reports, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMO Certification or similar certifications is a plus point.
Experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience managing software development or technology projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams in Agile environments.
Technical & Project Management Skills
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and system architecture concepts.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Soft Skills Required
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
