Role Description The IT Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, managing budgets and resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as IT, operations, and business stakeholders. The IT Project Manager will monitor project risks and issues, track progress against milestones, and prepare regular status reports for leadership. Daily activities also involve vendor coordination, process improvement initiatives, documentation of project artifacts, and supporting technology implementations that enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Planning skills to manage multiple IT initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, systems, and infrastructure relevant to financial services.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide clear updates.
- Experience in IT project management within BFSI or NBFC environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar) and documentation best practices.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
