Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for an IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-related projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining high project quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to drive the successful execution of detailed project plans and schedules.
- Proficiency in Information Technology to lead tech-driven initiatives and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle.
- Analytical Skills to assess data, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines, manage competing priorities, and thrive in dynamic environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or relevant fields.
- Experience with project management tools, risk assessment techniques, and IT Project Coordination is preferred.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
