Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic plans and programs aligned with division goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and provide guidance to project managers, including team leadership and collaboration skills.
- Design and deliver solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and implement effective changes aligned with business strategy.
- Identify and drive innovative solutions in complex or undefined scenarios.
- Work closely with senior leadership to resolve critical business challenges.
- Ensure clear communication across project teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with sponsors to identify opportunities and support timely decision-making.
- Contribute to business strategy and translate it into actionable goals.
- Provide leadership, vision, and direction to project teams and business partners.
- Achieve division-level collection targets.
- Support the Sales team with pre-sales coordination and assistance.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in end-to-end project management within a technical environment, managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies, with proven delivery and risk mitigation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, collaboration, and performance driving.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with executive presence and client-handling experience.
- Ability to align project execution with business goals in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Good understanding of technology projects and system implementations.
- Exposure to pre-sales support and collaboration with sales teams.
