IT Project Manager (L5) – Remote (India)
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (L5) to lead and manage complex IT projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring SLA-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide status updates
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance are maintained
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience & Qualification
- 8–12 years of total experience in IT
- Minimum 3–5 years as Project Manager (L5 level)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
