We are seeking a dedicated and organized IT Project Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role at our Bhopal headquarters. In this role, you will coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely, efficient project delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, oversee logistics, and ensure that all project goals are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to manage resources, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Skills in Expediting and knowledge of Expeditor processes to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Familiarity with Inspection and quality control procedures to ensure projects meet specified standards.
- Understanding of Logistics Management to optimize project workflows and supply chain efficiency.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to support project success.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and fostering productive collaboration.
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as CAPM or PMP, are a plus but not mandatory.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management and Project Coordination
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- PMP / Scrum Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
