Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets using tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Identify risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support incident and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
- Assist in communication planning and execution for project rollouts.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in project management and ITIL-based processes is required.
- Hands-on experience in incident management and change management is essential.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project is expected.
- Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow is beneficial.
- Understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and reporting is important.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are expected.
- PMP certification or equivalent knowledge is an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology is required.
