We are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead a large-scale business transformation program with NetSuite as the single system of record.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a 7-workstream IT transformation program
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation (Financials, Procurement, Planning, Multi-entity)
- Drive QuickBooks → NetSuite migration and Finance transformation
- Define and manage integration architecture & tool governance
- Lead CRM transformation (including Salesforce decommissioning)
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and C-suite reporting
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation (min. 2 end-to-end deployments)
- Strong experience in IT transformation & program management
- Experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Hands-on exposure to middleware tools (Make, N8N, Zapier, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management (including C-level)
⭐ Preferred
- NetSuite Certification (SuiteFoundation/Admin)
- Experience in SaaS / multi-entity environments
- Exposure to HRIS, CLM tools, and BI dashboards
