Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Software Solutions Sales Consultant to drive business growth by promoting software products, SaaS solutions, and IT services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and market research.
- Promote software solutions, SaaS products, and IT services to potential clients.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solutions sales.
- Good understanding of software products, cloud solutions, or digital services.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide consultative sales solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in software consulting, enterprise sales, or technology sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, AI-based products, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
