Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of IT Product Sales Specialist. The role involves understanding clients' unique needs and recommending the right IT sound solutions and related products, promoting the company's services, and actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing on-site support to clients, conducting workshops and presentations for brand promotion, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in IT product sales or sound technology solutions is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
