About this opportunity:
Join our team in the dynamic role of a IT Product Owner, a pivotal position where you will employ industry best practices to design, build, and create ground-breaking automation applications/solutions. In this role, you will liaise between business, Intelligent Automation, and AI Architecture realms, owning the solution while crafting solution proposals for end customers. Beyond that, you will have the opportunity to guide, coach, and mentor others in your team.
What you will do:
- Strategic Roadmap Management: Define and maintain a multi-year product roadmap for People Platforms that aligns with global business transformation goals.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Business Teams, IT, and Digital Solutions to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Backlog Prioritization: Own, rank, and groom the product backlog. Balance technical debt and system maintenance with high-impact transformation features.
- Process Transformation: Challenge the status quo by redesigning legacy HR processes to leverage standard SuccessFactors functionality, reducing customization and increasing agility.
- Release Management: Oversee the bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release cycles, identifying new features that provide strategic value and managing the impact on existing workflows.
- Data & Insights: Partner with People Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and to build dashboards that provide actionable insights into workforce trends.
- Product Vision and Value Realization: Define a clear product vision for the People Platform and ensure all enhancements and investments are tied to measurable business outcomes, user value, and strategic priorities.
- Requirements Management: Gather, structure, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery and clear alignment across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR process owners, architects, engineers, data teams, security, and vendors to ensure solutions are scalable, governed, and fit for purpose.
- Operating Model and Governance: Establish effective governance for demand intake, prioritization, decision-making, and change control to ensure transparency and disciplined product management.
