🚀 We’re Hiring: Procurement Executive (IT)
📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
🕒 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

🔍 Job Summary
You will support day-to-day IT procurement activities, coordinate with internal teams, manage vendor communications, and assist with sourcing and purchase processes.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software, licenses, and services
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing comparisons
• Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries
• Maintain procurement records and vendor databases
• Collaborate with IT, Admin, and Finance teams
• Monitor IT asset inventory and stock levels
• Follow up on order status and resolve supplier issues
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT products/services procurement
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in a night shift
