IT Procurement Executive | Mumbai
We are urgently hiring for an IT Procurement role with one of our reputed clients based in Mumbai.
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Exp 4-6 yrs
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in IT Procurement or relevant procurement functions
• Sound knowledge of SAP / GEP / P2P tools
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Good command over Advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Candidates staying nearby Kandivali preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Create & monitor Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in P2P portal
• Coordinate for material code / number creation
• Handle procurement escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Track PR, invoices, spares data across locations
• Vendor sourcing, quote comparison & vendor development
• Generate reports on Open PO, Open PR & ageing analysis
• Maintain procurement MIS and centralized PO records
• Resolve vendor/internal stakeholder queries efficiently
