Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: IT Park, Chandigarh
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation rates and facilitate offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting quality and client expectations.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and employment classifications.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
