About the Company
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated IT Operations Specialist to be responsible for the end-to-end IT operations at our India manufacturing facility. This role serves as the single point of contact for all factory IT-related matters, covering SAP/ERP system daily operations, network infrastructure maintenance, and hardware asset management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the headquarters IT team in Shenzhen to ensure system stability, support local business processes, and enable smooth information flow between the India factory and headquarters. This is a factory-based role requiring a hands-on approach and the ability to independently resolve IT issues in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient FAE Engineer to serve as the primary technical bridge between our customers in Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia and our headquarters in China. This role provides end-to-end technical engagement across the entire project lifecycle – from pre-sales opportunity identification, through project execution and sample validation, to after-sales support and product iteration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating customer needs into actionable technical inputs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution alignment, and gathering market intelligence to support technical enablement. This is an India-based role with frequent business travel across the required region.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive operation logs, troubleshooting records, and user manuals for local reference.
- End-user Training and Support
- Conduct SAP/ERP operation training sessions for local employees to enhance system proficiency and ensure consistent usage across departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for local user inquiries, providing timely resolution of system-related issues and escalating complex problems to the headquarters team when necessary.
- IT Infrastructure and Hardware Management
- Perform routine inspections of factory IT hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices; coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement requests, deployment tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain the office and production local area network (LAN), troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure stable network operations across the factory floor and administrative areas.
- Monitor server room environments (power, cooling, UPS) and coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Implement basic network security measures and access controls to safeguard factory IT assets.
- Incident Response and Continuous Improvement
- Respond to IT emergencies in a timely manner, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize business disruption.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and propose preventive measures to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand evolving business needs and align IT capabilities accordingly.
Qualifications
- College degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ERP daily operations, including account and permission management, system fault diagnosis, and data backup and recovery.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced factory environment.
