Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an IT Operations Senior professional. The individual in this position will oversee daily IT operations, provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the stability and security of our technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing system administration tasks, optimizing IT workflows, responding to technical incidents promptly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Operations, including the planning, management, and optimization of technology systems
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT-related issues effectively
- Experience in System Administration and general Information Technology practices
- Understanding of IT security protocols and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS) are advantageous
