Position: Computer & Information Systems Manager (IT Leadership & Strategy)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret technical and business documents to create structured, realistic IT management scenarios and prompts
- Analyze enterprise systems, IT operations, and infrastructure strategies for alignment and effectiveness
- Develop use cases around IT governance, transformation programs, and system modernization
- Evaluate technical and managerial decisions related to budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning
- Review outputs for strategic accuracy, operational feasibility, and business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
- Identify risks related to system architecture, security, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of IT operations, enterprise systems, and infrastructure management
- Experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, budgeting, and vendor management
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic reasoning, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial planning in IT environments
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure oversight
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and risk management
