About Role:
We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT environment. This role focuses on day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure management, user support, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Head of IT and business teams to maintain reliable systems, support users, and drive modernization across cloud, security, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Operations & Support
Manage daily IT operations, users, devices, and access
Provide technical support and act as an escalation point
Ensure system uptime, stability, and business continuity
Handle incidents, outages, and troubleshooting
2. Infrastructure & Systems
Maintain cloud infrastructure, networks, and core systems
Support upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements
Monitor system health, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
3. Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management
Administer Microsoft 365 (users, permissions, security)
Manage devices using Microsoft Intune
Enforce security policies, updates, and compliance standards
4. Cyber Security
Implement security controls (MFA, antivirus, patching)
Support incident response and risk mitigation
Improve overall security posture and user awareness
5. Telephony & Communication Tools
Manage Zoom telephony and call systems
Support call routing, reporting, and user setup
Troubleshoot telephony issues and improve performance insights
6. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
Build internal knowledge base
Support training and adoption of tools
7. Vendor & Project Support
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
Support IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts
Help improve cost efficiency and service quality
Required Experience:
- Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with cloud environments and endpoint management
- Understanding of cyber security fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Zoom Phone
- Exposure to cyber security improvements and disaster recovery
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams
- Knowledge of AI tools for documentation or support
- Vendor management experience
