We are seeking a versatile IT and Operations Executive to manage our technology infrastructure, physical assets, and vendor relationships. This role combines hands-on technical support with operational management, ensuring the smooth functioning of both digital systems and physical equipment across our properties.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
IT Infrastructure and Support:
Administer and manage Google Workspace accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Integrate and maintain various business tools and software systems.
Provide technical support to team members for hardware and software issues.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and authentication systems.
Ensure data security and implement backup procedures.
Document IT processes and maintain technical inventory.
Asset Management:
Install and configure electronic equipment, including TVs, routers, and smart devices, at properties.
Maintain inventory of all physical and digital assets.
Track asset lifecycle and plan for replacements/upgrades.
Coordinate equipment setup for new properties or renovations.
Ensure all devices are properly configured.
Device Maintenance and Repair:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues for computers, phones, and property devices.
Perform first-level repairs and maintenance on electronic equipment.
Schedule and coordinate repairs with authorized service centers.
Visit service centers to drop off/pick up equipment as needed.
Maintain repair logs and warranty documentation.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Vendor and Purchase Management:
Create and manage purchase orders for IT equipment and services.
Coordinate with the finance team for vendor payment processing.
Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and service terms.
Maintain vendor relationships and service level agreements.
Track and report on IT spending and budget utilization.
Manage SIM cards and telecom vendor relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in IT support and operations.
Proficient in Google Workspace administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and basic Mac OS troubleshooting.
Understanding of networking basics (Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity).
Familiarity with property management systems and IoT devices.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management.
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
Knowledge of purchase order systems and approval workflows.
Basic understanding of finance processes and budget tracking.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and service contracts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and vendors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Customer service mindset with patience for non-technical users.
Physical ability to lift and install equipment (up to 25 kg).
