🚀 We're Hiring: IT Operations Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user computing environments
• Handle IT asset management including procurement, asset tagging, inventory tracking, audits, warranty management, and lifecycle management
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Administer Linux and Windows systems and ensure high availability of IT services
• Manage user accounts, access controls, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Support networking infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Firewalls, LAN, and Wi-Fi environments
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and operational uptime
• Support and manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Assist with cloud deployments, resource management, monitoring, and security best practices
• Automate routine operational tasks through scripting and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment
🔹 What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Cloud Operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows administration
• Good understanding of networking concepts and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience managing IT assets, inventory systems, and operational processes
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and system monitoring tools
• Basic scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python is an advantage
• Strong communication, documentation, and ownership mindset
