Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an IT Operational Director. The IT Operational Director will oversee all aspects of IT operations, develop IT strategies, and ensure the efficient and secure functioning of technology systems and networks within the organization. The role includes optimizing IT infrastructure, managing IT teams, implementing best practices for IT management, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and operational standards. The individual will also collaborate with other departments to align the IT strategy with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive expertise in IT Management and IT Operations, including overseeing teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and their implementation to meet organizational requirements
- Proven capabilities in designing and executing IT Strategy to align with business objectives
- Experience managing Network Security, ensuring data protection, and implementing cybersecurity measures
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to drive innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a leadership role in IT management or operations
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in IT and data security
- Excellent communication and project management skills
