Job Title: IT Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support and execute end-to-end recruitment activities, gain hands-on exposure to diverse hiring mandates, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience while maintaining accurate records
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding formalities, orientation, and documentation
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience: 3 months to 6 years
Educational Qualification: Any UG / PG
