ROLES
1. Marketing Executive
A Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
· Manage social media platforms, online promotions, and content marketing.
· Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to support marketing initiatives.
· Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare marketing reports to improve effectiveness.

2. Digital Marketing Specialist
A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
· Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.

· Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
· Stay updated with content trends and platform algorithms to maximize engagement.

5. Copywriter
A Copywriter is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and persuasive written content that promotes a company’s products, services, and brand across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:

· Develop creative slogans, taglines, and campaign messages that align with the brand voice.
· Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce effective marketing campaigns.
· Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.

Must-Haves:

· Franchise/B2B2C Experience: You understand the complexity of marketing for and through partners. You know how to balance central control with local autonomy.
· Tech Savvy: Hands-on expertise with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, and Ad Managers.
· Global Mindset: Experience running campaigns in multiple geographies or languages is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
