We are hiring for IT Manager-Infrastructure and Systems
Job Title: IT Manager-Infrastructure and Systems
Department: Information Technology
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Mode: Work from Office
CTC : up to 8 LPA
Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations, supports business objectives, and manages IT staff, vendors, and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain servers, networks, systems, hardware, and software
· Keep track and monitoring of company's computer and laptop devices
· Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
· Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
· Ensure protection of company data, systems, and networks
· Manage antivirus, firewall, VPN, access control, and endpoint security
· Ensure timely resolution of user issues and service requests
· Maintain IT helpdesk and support processes
· Provide guidance and training to employees on IT systems and policies
· Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and policies
· Prepare reports on system performance, security incidents, and projects
· Present IT updates and recommendations to management
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· 3 years of experience in IT operations
· Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, and security
· Experience with cloud services, email systems, backups, and firewalls
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong leadership and people-management skills
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
