Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Manager at Yuvakart Retail. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, managing software and hardware installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with vendors to support technological needs. Additionally, the role will involve leading IT projects, developing and implementing IT policies and strategies, and ensuring optimal system performance aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure management, software and hardware systems, and network maintenance
- Proficiency in cybersecurity practices to ensure secure and compliant IT operations
- Experience with IT project management and strategic planning to meet organizational goals
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise for swift resolution of technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage vendor relationships and support cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are beneficial
